Kerala Package

Day 01: KANNUR

Pick up from Calicut and proceed to Kannur, check in at your hotel. After breakfast proceed to Kannur. Kannur is full of beautiful tourist attractions that can be visited as a part of Kannur sight seeing tours. This lovely coastal town should not be missed and the famous tourist attractions are worth the visit. The main attractions are Dharmadam Island, Moppila bay.

Day 02: KANNUR

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing including Tellicherry and Mahe. Return to hotel in the evening.

Day 03: KANNUR - WAYANAD

After breakfast checks out from hotel and proceed to Wayanad, Lakkidi is one of the most unique hill stations of the southern part of Indian subcontinent. It is situated 55 km east of Kozhikode and is 700 m above sea level. Lakkidi: is also known as the gateway to Wayanad. Waynad is the region where one has the opportunity of visiting the Edakkal caves and Pakshipathalam. The main tribes inhabiting the Waynad region are Irulas and Mudugars.

Day 05 : WAYANAD - CALICUT - ALLEPPEY

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Calicut, sightseeing at Calicut, drop at Calicut railway station to board your overnight train to Alleppey.

Day 06 : ALLEPPEY

Pick up from Alleppey railway station and proceed to your hotel, check in at hotel. Alappuzha also known as Alleppey, is a town in Kerala. A town with picturesque canals, backwaters, beaches, and lagoons, it was described as the List of places known as Venice of the East by Lord Curzon. It is the administrative headquarters of Alappuzha District. Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala with the unending stretch of paddy fields, small streams and canals with lush green coconut palms.afternoon sightseeing.

Day 07: HOUSE BOAT ( ALLEPPEY )

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to board your house boat. The houseboat is a traditional wooden boat originally used as a cargo or rice boat now thatched artistically with natural bamboo and cane. The houseboats in Kerala, south India, are huge, slow-moving, exotic barges used for leisure trips. They are a reworked model of Kettuvallams, in earlier times, were used to carry rice and spices from Kuttanad to the Kochi port. Kerala houseboats were considered a convenient means of transportation.The popularity of Kettuvalloms has returned in the function as major tourist attractions. Many find the Kettuvallom an ideal means of exploring the beauty of the Kerala backwaters.

Day 08 : ALLEPPEY - THEKKADY

After breakfast disembark from House boat and proceed to Thekkady, check in at your hotel. Thekkady is one of the world’s most fascinating natural wild reserves. Spread across 777 sq.km, of which 360 sq. km is thick evergreen forest. On arrival, check in at your hotel. After noon boat ride in lake Periyar.

Overnight stay at hotel. Afternoon sightseeing. Over night at Hotel.

Day 09 : DEPARTURE TRANSFER

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Cochin for Departure Transfer.
