This morning, enjoy a city tour of Kathmandu, visiting the Pashupatinath temple, Swayambhunath temple, Temple of the Living Goddess and the old Durbar Square. Regarded as the most sacred temple of Lord Shiva in the world, Pashupatinath Temple's existence dates back to 400 A.D. Swayambhunath temple is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in parts of the temple. The temple of the living Goddess, acknowledges the greetings of her devotees from balcony of her temple residence, Kathmandap - the source of the name Kathmandu. Later, stroll through the old Durbar Square.
